Flat land or hillside, we get the job done right!
Here, we used a concrete rat-slab to completely seal the house from unwanted pests common to Central Oregon.
When the walls go up, nothing is more exciting than seeing what the future views will be from inside the home!
We like to incorporate exposed beams that truly serve the structure of the home, but also will provide a timeless look.
On this home, we used I-beam to support the load of this SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) Roof System, while giving the 800 sqft deck a solid support base.
We have used a variety of quality roofing and window manufacturers. We will work with you to select which options are in line with your budget and style.
We are an Earth Advantage Builder. We have the knowledge and experience to build a house reflective of your energy efficiency goals.
Housewrap companies are constantly developing new products for different climates. We will help you navigate which option makes sense for not only a protective barrier against moisture, but also your energy efficiency needs.
Picking out the finishes of the home should be fun! We help ease the stress that often coincides with making these decisions by offering complimentary design services.
It is fun to incorporate unique finishes that fit the theme of the home!
In this home, we used a custom stain color and tung oil finish on Eastern white pine.
Choosing the right stain color wasn't easy, but I think our flooring guys nailed it!
We chose hand hewn, sand in place, 3/4'' solid wide plank oak flooring for this home.
From the rustic paneled ceiling, to the stone and steel fireplace this great room has a combination of styles molded into one cohesive space.
This pantry features floating shelves, sliding wire baskets, and granite counters.
This pantry utilizes metal sliding baskets, adjustable shelves, and a leathered granite surface for placing canisters and appliances. Lighting and outlets are hidden above the backsplash for a seamless look.
This laundry room is accented by an onyx, basalt, and marble hexagon floor, which looks phenomenal with the concrete counters.
Knowing that grey washer and dryers were going in this laundry room, we selected slate stone floors, granite counters, and a stone ledgestone backsplash to blend the colors nicely.
We love customizing cabinets to meet specific needs. These wine slide-outs are concealed inside a bar cabinet.
In this dining room, the bar and hutch features wine storage, pull out liquor drawers, and a stone subway tile backsplash.
This L-shaped double vanity has plenty of linen storage as well as concealed appliance garages with outlets inside for storing items like electric toothbrushes and curling irons.
For this shower, we incorporated tumbled natural stone hexagon tile and an accent wall for the hand shower and bench area.
This great room ceiling carries through to the covered deck for a seamless look.
This kitchen has a unique layout with two islands to provide functionality and good traffic flow for multiple people using the space at once.
The entrance should be a warm, welcoming space that is light and bright and invites the outdoors in.
Outdoor living spaces designed with the views in mind. Whether you enjoy quiet star-filled nights by your firepit or entertaining your friends under the shade of a covered deck, making a space that is multi-functional will allow it to be utilized year round.
